Lightweight oil replenishment rigs

The lightweight rigs comprise of one or two stainless steel pressure vessels mounted in a rigid tubular steel frame which can be supplied either with a separate or integrated trolley. The complete unit is designed to be light enough to be handled by one person.

Each pressure vessel comes complete with a sight glass to indicate the level of the fluid, a hermetically sealed filler-cap, a gauze strainer, and various pressure control valves. The fluid reservoir(s) is (are) pressurised with either a hand pump or nitrogen/compressed air from an integral cylinder. A wide range of fluid types and viscosity can be dispensed. A filter, or bank of filters if needed, is provided to ensure high quality filtration.

Explicit control of pressure at all stages ensures rapid constant fluid delivery. One and/or two fluid dispensing guns are provided for a pre-determined capacity and an unlimited capacity delivery. The fluid delivery hose(s) are neatly coiled on stowage hooks at the side of the unit. Nozzles can be provided for access to awkward locations.
